New York, New Jersey and Connecticut give passers-by a taste of TANGUSTOSO.

The recently- launched McDonald’s campaign for its new ANGUS Third Pounder burgers gave residents in major East Coast cities a taste of what awaits them at the restaurants represented by the Golden Arches.

Huge posters calling attention to the three kinds of Angus burgers grabbed people’s eyeballs with clever messages that went from a guy who missed his wedding because he was abducted by extraterrestrials to a young Latina woman who thought that TANGUSTOSO, the theme and tagline of the campaign, had something to do with tango lessons.

“The new product is being tested and is turning into an instant winner,” said Verónica Payán-González, managing partner at d expósito & Partners.
