New York Undercover Got SAP.

Onyx Media Group has licensed the first two seasons of the one-hour, highly acclaimed Dick Wolf off-network drama series New York Undercover from Universal Domestic Television for weekly broadcast airings beginning January 10, 2003.

New York Undercover follows the personal and professional lives of a diverse ensemble of young detectives struggling to fight crime on the streets of New York City. The series received critical acclaim for its authentic story lines and trend-setting format during its four-season primetime run on Fox from 1994-98, when it ranked as the network’s No. 1 show among African-American viewers and No. 1 across all networks among Hispanic teens.

Onyx plans to use radio and the Internet to promote the show’s return. It will target the African-American fan base as well as the growing number of English dominant and bilingual Hispanic television viewers. The program will carry a SAP (Secondary Audio Program) track in Spanish.
