NGLC Media, Marketing & Entertainment Conference’ in Los Angeles

The New Generation Latino Consortium is hosting a new and exciting west coast installment of the industry leading ‘NGLC Media, Marketing & Entertainment Conference’ in Los Angeles on Tuesday, June 5th at the SLS Beverly Hills Hotel.

Presented by FOX Audience Strategy and MundoFOX, the one-day conference is an NGLC first for the west coast, where there has been a high demand for the event since the organization launched almost ten years ago. Leading senior executives from FOX and featured co-sponsors, nuvoTV, Terra Networks USA, Warner Bros., Hennessy and Batanga Media will also be on hand to exclusively discuss New Generation Latinos’ impact in the fields of media, marketing, and entertainment. The SLS Beverly Hills Hotel will provide a luxurious backdrop for a totally new line-up of speakers, along with new groundbreaking formats and the inaugural FOX Five luncheon hosted by various FOX entertainment businesses, with special guests to be announced shortly.

Coupled with compelling business sessions spanning TV, Film, Digital, Advertising and Celebrity Sit-Downs, the NGLC/LA Conference will deep-dive into the influence of New Generation Latinos in media and marketing, and how they’re changing the face of the entertainment world as we know it. After a full day of NGL insights and excitement, the conference will culminate with a VIP poolside reception hosted by Warner Bros. and Hennessy featuring an array of specialty cocktails.

Building off of the landmark NGLC/NY event that met with great success, the NGLC/LA conference will deliver a thought-provoking agenda filled with dynamic executive-level speakers addressing the NGL market head-on. As the only business conference exclusively focused on the New Generation Latino opportunity, the NGLC is a must-attend for those seeking a better understanding of how to tap into the MAJORITY of U.S. Hispanics leading bilingual and bicultural lives. Building up to the main event, HispanicAd.com will once again serve as the exclusive trade media partner, providing videos of speakers sharing glimpses of the topics to be discussed.

“It was time for the NGLC to come to Los Angeles, the #1 U.S. Latino market and entertainment capital of the world. Given the importance of New Generation Latinos, both as an audience and the work they do in front of and behind the camera, I can think of no better setting for this hallmark NGLC event. We couldn’t do it without the help of our sponsors, and it’s especially exciting to have FOX on board given their Total Market commitment to engaging our audience,” said David Chitel, NGLC Founder and Chairman.

“Terra is proud to sponsor the NGLC’s Inaugural LA conference after sponsoring the NY events the last two years. This event highlights the influence of new generations of Latinos in media and marketing,” said Fernando Rodriguez, CEO of Terra USA. Terra connects with this important and influential audience every day across platforms and it is our pleasure to contribute our expertise in the bilingual digital space at these forums.”

Rafael “Rafe” Oller, SVP of Marketing, nuvoTV, said, “nuvoTV was created to serve the needs and interests of the English speaking, bi-cultural Latino. In the eight years since our launch we have accumulated a tremendous reservoir of knowledge about this huge segment of the Hispanic population, and I look forward to sharing some of these insights and engaging in a lively discussion on the topic at the June 5th conference.”

“Batanga Media is thrilled to be a sponsor of the first NGLC Los Angeles-based conference and participating in the dialogue,” said Natalia Borges, Vice President of Marketing for Batanga Media. “For over a decade we have been providing New Generation Latinos with entertaining and engaging digital content and look forward to sharing our valuable insights.”

Additional speakers, keynotes and celebrity guests will be announced shortly. Unique sponsorship opportunities are still available for those who would like to have a featured presence at the conference.
