NSHMBA 7th Annual Eastern Region Conference.

The National Society of Hispanic MBAs (NSHMBA) Seventh Annual Eastern Region Conference will be held for the first time in South Florida on June 9-12. Supported by lead sponsors Prudential Financial and The University of Miami School of Business, the four-day conference is designed to provide leadership training and professional development opportunities to NSHMBA chapter leaders from throughout the Eastern Region.

To take place jointly at the University of Miami and Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables, this year’s program will be themed “Time to get involved, creating change through leadership”. It will consist of leadership training and professional development sessions conducted by qualified instructors; regional meetings on the business of the organization; and unique networking opportunities that will enable participants to engage business and community leaders from NSHMBA’s South Florida Chapter and throughout the tri-county area.

This year’s conference also includes the First Annual Eastern Region Golf Tournament, sponsored by Audi, to be held at the Biltmore Hotel’s Championship Golf Course on Sunday, June 12. One lucky tournament participant could drive away with a brand new Audi at a special “Hole in One” Contest.

More than 100 members from the region’s 10 chapters are expected to attend the conference’s professional development sessions, and several hundred civic and business leaders from the local community are expected to attend the conference’s open networking events.
