ZGS Broadcast Holdings, Inc. announced the appointment of Mark O‘Brien as Vice President Radio Group. Mr. O’Brien is also the General Manager for radio station WILC-900 AM “VIVA 900” that serves the Washington DC area’s growing Hispanic community. Mr. O’Brien has had an outstanding business track record in radio, media advertising and promotions over the last 20 years. He previously managed numerous radio stations in the Washington D.C. area, including WWZZ-FM, WASH-FM, DC101-FM, WGAY-FM, WJMO-FM and WWDC-AM.
