Ornelas & Associates Expands Nissan Marketing Team.

Ornelas & Associates announced that it has added two members to its staff: Karla Armendariz, account executive and Mary Cano, assistant account executive.
Karla Armendariz will oversee day-to-day operations for the agency’s Nissan North America regional Hispanic marketing account. She joins Ornelas & Associates from Publicis Sanchez & Levitan, where she managed the Hispanic marketing for Denny’s, Pedialyte, A.H. Belo Corp. and General Motors.
Mary Cano will be working on the national Hispanic marketing efforts for Nissan North America. In 2001, Cano was honored by the American Advertising Federation as one of America’s twenty-five “Most Promising Minority Students.” Prior to joining Ornelas & Associates, Cano served as marketing coordinator at Axon, Inc. in Dallas.
