Osborne named SVP Director of Multicultural Marketing at Arnold.

Arnold announced that Reginald V. Osborne has joined the agency as SVP/Group Director of Multicultural Marketing. At Arnold, Reginald will initially focus on the agency’s McDonald’s business, with the longer range goal of creating an integrated capability for diversity marketing available to all Arnold clients. He will report into Jon Tracosas, EVP.

“We are thrilled to have someone of Reginald’s experience and talents join the agency and the McDonald’s team,” said Fran Kelly, Arnold CEO. “The world we live in and market in is growing increasingly diverse. He will be an enormous asset to Arnold and to our clients.”

Reginald was most recently the Associate Director of Multicultural Marketing at Novartis Pharmaceuticals. Prior to Novartis, he was at Spike DDB where he developed and executed marketing and communication programs for clients like Jaguar, ExxonMobil, Foxwoods and State Farm Insurance. Reginald has also had extensive general market experience working at large multinational agencies including Ted Bates and Grey Worldwide.

“I am excited to be at an agency like Arnold that believes diversity is important culturally and as a resource to better serve clients and consumers in a multi-cultural marketing and communications world,” said Reginald.
