Otto Padron to lead KWHY-TV Channel 22 in Los Angeles.

The Meruelo Group announced that Otto Padron will take the reins of KWHY-TV Channel 22 as President and COO of Meruelo Media Holdings Inc. Along with providing leadership for all the Meruelo Group’s efforts in the media industry, Mr. Padron will serve as the Executive In Charge of the day-to-day operations and administration at KWHY-Channel 22.
