Padrón – Sr VP of Programming & Promotions for the Univision Network.

Univision Communications Inc. announced the promotion of Otto Padrón to Senior Vice President of Programming and Promotions for the Univision Network, effective immediately. In this role, he will continue to oversee all aspects of programming, scheduling, acquisition, promotions and research for the network. Padrón will remain based in Miami and will continue to report to Alina Falcon, Executive Vice President and Operating Manager for the Univision Network, Univision Communications Inc.

Otto Padrón began his television career over ten years ago. He joined Univision in 1995 as Director of Programming Special Projects, overseeing key domestic shows in pre-development. He was named Director of On-Air Promotions in 1996 and was promoted to Director of Network Programming in 1998. In 2003 Padrón was named Vice President of Programming and Promotions for the Univision Network.
