Paloma Cacho-Sousa @ Echovant.

Echovant has added Paloma Cacho-Sousa as marketing associate to its Coral Gables office. In her new role, Ms. Cacho-Sousa will be responsible for a wide array of multicultural marketing functions on behalf of several client relationships, including research, strategy development, project management and production.

Prior to joining Echovant, Ms. Cacho-Sousa held a variety of marketing communication positions. Most recently she served as assistant director at Canal UNO, a production company in Peru, where she oversaw the planning and production of TV spots. Ms. Cacho-Sousa career also includes a stint as production coordinator at Publicistas Asociados, a Lima-based advertising agency, where she was responsible for the production of TV and radio commercials for a wide variety of clients.
