PC World Names Terra Lycos Best Internet Service In LatAM.

Terra Lycos has been named “Best Internet Service in Latin America” by PC World Latin America, beating competing portals America Online Latin America and YupiMSN.

To select the winners in the 20 award categories, two PC World Latin America editors in each country assign points to every participant, for a maximum of 100 points. The service or product with the highest number of points in a category wins one of the 20 awards.
