Pena joins MAaya Advertising in Washington DC.

Latina reporter Celinda “Cindy” Pena joins MAYA as Director of Public Relations. Pena’s responsibilities include managing public relations and media relations for MAYA and MAYA clients including The Department of Homeland Security, The Navy, The Office of Minority Heath, Geico and Pepco.

“I am looking forward to bringing what I’ve learned in journalism to the world of public relations and marketing, especially in marketing to the Hispanic community,” she said.
