Cara O’Flynn announced the launch of Perspectiva Research, LLC. based in New York City dedicated to using data to make sure that clients’ strategies are aligned with current trends.
“With a young, bicultural, and tech-savvy generation of US-born Hispanics moving into the 18-24 demographic, it’s essential for Hispanic-targeted media companies to understand the dramatic changes in audience behavior that have taken place over the last few years. With bilingualism on the rise, as well as access to cable channels and new technology, Hispanic viewing is becoming more and more fragmented. All businesses looking to grow need to understand this complex segment,” says O’Flynn.
She has worked directly for Univision, Azteca America, and Siboney, and spent over 10 years as a consultant with Franco Research Group, where her clients included MTV Tr3s, the Cable Advertising Bureau, Comcast Spotlight, Discovery en Español, V-me, GolTV, and numerous others. O’Flynn uses reporting skills to synthesize information and present it clearly and succinctly for clients. Her writing has appeared in The New York Times, The New York Post, and other publications.
