PG&E’s Ophelia Basgal named NSHMBA’s 2009 Ultimate Hispanic Executive.

The National Society of Hispanic MBAs (NSHMBA) named Ophelia Basgal, Vice President of Civic Partnership and Community Initiatives for Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E), the 2009 Ultimate Hispanic Executive.
