Puerto Rico Heineken JazzFest Kicks Off June 3rd.

Warm weather, beautiful beaches, exotic tropical settings, diverse activities and authentic Latin culture, cuisine and history. These are the flavors and experiences thousands of jazz lovers will enjoy at the 14th Annual Puerto Rico Heineken JazzFest taking place June 3-6 at the Tito Puente Amphitheater in San Juan.

The Puerto Rico Heineken JazzFest has become the premier jazz event in the Caribbean, and one of the most respected among musicians. This year’s
scheduled performers include Jimmy Bosch, Spyro Gyra, Edgar Abraham, Monty Alexander (tribute to Bob Marley), Tony Perez Quintet with special guests Giovanni Hidalgo and Horacio “El Negro” Hernandez, Tito de Gracia, Gato Barbieri, Dianne Reeves, Trio da Paz and Juan Formell and Los Van Van.

“We are proud to host this prestigious event in Puerto Rico that showcases jazz from around the world,” said Jose M. Suarez, executive director of the Puerto Rico Tourism Company (PRTC). “We invite everyone to come enjoy this musical treat while soaking up the sites and sounds of Puerto Rico.”
