Qu named Chief Technology Officer at Fusion

Fusion announced that Hong Qu, a veteran of YouTube and Upworthy, will become the network’s Chief Technology Officer. 

“We want Fusion to be an incubator for innovation where we take risks and experiment not only with new forms of content, but also new ways of ways of delivering that content – especially on our mobile platforms,” Fusion CEO Isaac Lee said in an email to staff today. “Hong will work with our product team to find innovative new ways for us to reach our digital native audience, one that is increasingly culturally and socially connected.”
