Radio Unica Communications Corp.announced that it has received notice from the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel that the Company’s Common Stock would be delisted from the Nasdaq National Market effective on the opening of trading on September 16, 2002 for failure to comply with the minimum net tangible assets requirement or the minimum stockholders equity requirement. The Company anticipates that its stock will trade on the OTC Bulletin Board under the same ticker symbol, UNCA.
