Reebok Unveil New BarrioRBK.com Site.

Reebok announced the unveiling of the new Barrio RBK web site (www.barriorbk.com). This latest web site from Reebok, which was produced specifically for the U.S. Latino youth market, breaks new ground in online marketing directed to the growing Hispanic market. The new web site provides an online experience that is highly interactive and rich with visuals that inspires young Latinos by celebrating their individuality and authenticity.
In addition to highlighting the latest Reebok products such the Pump Wrapshear Running Shoe, the site offers details on famed Mexican soccer team Chivas’ new official product line. In conjunction with the launch of the site, Reebok has partnered with Sony Connect to launch “RBK Radio” where users can listen to 200 free music tracks from the hottest Latin and Reggaeton using the Sony Connect player (available for download from the Barrio RBK site). To close the circle, visitors can vote for their favorite songs and determine which ones will make up the Barrio RBK Top Ten.
“Barrio Rbk is an innovative, online environment that allows Reebok to connect with the ever-expanding Latino youth audience, ” said Marc Fireman, Reebok’s global director of advertising and integrated marketing. “We’re excited to offer a new, culturally-connected destination for consumers.”
The new site also offers an online music mixer that lets visitors mix their own hip hop and Reggaeton beats. Other features include exclusive content from superstar Chivas goalie Oswaldo Sanchez and access to the Reebok online store.
