Reid & Cabrera Join The Bravo Group.

As Associate Director of Strategic Planning & Research, Juanin Reid will manage Bravo’s marketing and strategic business efforts. Reid has significant exposure to a wide range of industries including advertising, non-profit organizations, food manufacturing, pharmaceutical, publishing, banking and the Internet service providers. Most recently, Reid was the founder and principal of Hispanic Communications Consultants where she focused on the development of strategic business approaches to penetrate the Spanish-speaking markets in the US, Latin America and the Caribbean. Her extensive client portfolio has included Random House, Revlon, Citibank, Heineken, Berlex Laboratories, AOL-Time, Inc., Univision, The March of Dimes, Partnership for Drug Free America, and The Mexican Tourism Office.

Reid’s professional career also encompasses a successful tenure at Univision Communications where she was vice president and director of programming and marketing, and at the pioneering agency Spanish Advertising Marketing Services, a division of de Garmo Advertising where she was Creative Director.

As Associate Director of Public Relations, Daisy Cabrera will oversee public relations programs and help build the McDonald’s account. A seasoned communications professional with expertise in both the US Hispanic market and Latin America, Cabrera has over a decade of working experience in multiple consumer market groups, including the fast food and healthcare categories.

Prior to joining The Bravo Group, Cabrera was Senior Public Relations Specialist at WING Latino Group, working on Slim-Fast and Procter & Gamble, namely CoverGirl. Before that, she was with The Jeffrey Group, managing the Latin America agency’s teams in Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Venezuela, Peru and Colombia. Cabrera’s account experience includes British Airways, FedEx Corporation, Pharmacia Corporation, Eli Lilly & Co., and Hoffmann-La Roche.
