Republica Havas Group Promotes Gus Fernandez to Executive Director and Chief Experience Officer

Republica Havas Group continues to bolster its leadership team to support ongoing growth with the promotion of Gus Fernandez to the newly created position of Executive Director and Chief Experience Officer, effective immediately.

The announcement comes as Fernandez marks his 11th anniversary with the agency. He joined in 2012 as production director and steadily escalated his rank with increasing responsibility until his most recent post as vice president of production, operations, and culture.

In his new position, Gus will continue to lead Operations, Production, IT, and Project Management. His responsibilities will now expand to include a focus on client and team experiences as well as the implementation of new technologies.
