Rite Aid joins UnivisionFarmacia.

Univision Enterprises announced that Rite Aid has been added to the pharmacy network for UnivisionFarmacia. Effective immediately, all Rite Aid stores nationwide will accept the UnivisionFarmacia card which provides prescription discounts to members of the program.
 
“With over 4,600 stores in the United States, Rite Aid plays a significant role in the health and wellness of the communities it serves,” said Rick Alessandri, senior vice president, Univision Enterprises. “This significant expansion in participating pharmacies in the UnivisionFarmacia network is essential to our goal of helping the Hispanic community gain greater access to the medications they need to achieve better health, particularly those who are uninsured and underinsured.”
