Romero named Head of Ad Sales at Fuse Media

Fuse Media announced that Fernando Romero has been promoted to Head of Advertising Sales, reporting directly to the CEO.

In this position, Romero is responsible for overseeing the sales, sponsorship and operations across all platforms for the company’s brands including its linear and video-on-demand (VOD) channels Fuse and FM; Fuse.TV; other online, social media and OTT properties; and live events. Additionally, he will lead Fuse Collab — the event marketing division which creates experiential opportunities and custom events for clients. The role was previously held by Jason Miller, who is leaving the company at the end of the month.

“Fernando has been a vital part of our sales leadership team since joining the company last year, displaying a strong understanding of the quickly-evolving media world – both on a macro level, as well as in regards to our brand partners and the young, multicultural audiences they are working with us to reach,” said Fuse Media CEO Miguel (Mike) Roggero. He went on to say that “it has been a pleasure working with Jason Miller for the past five years at Fuse Media – following his nearly decade-long run at the previous Fuse network – and we wish him success in his next endeavor.”
