Rubsam Joins Perez Montalbetti Advertising.

Eduardo Perez, managing partner of Perez Montalbetti Advertising recently announced the appointment of George A. Rubsam as director of account services for the Atlanta-based full service agency specializing in the Hispanic market. Rubsam will be responsible for all major accounts of Perez Montalbetti, including: NAPA Auto Parts and Latin American Pay Television.
