Saucedo joins Acento.

Xavier Saucedo has joined Los Angeles-based communications agency Acento as Director/Account Services.

In his new responsibility, Saucedo will serve as Senior Marketing Coordinator for Acento’s key accounts. Working both in the US and Mexico, Saucedo brings with him more than 30 years of Brand Positioning, Strategic Planning and Competitive Advantages experience.

During his long and successful career, Saucedo worked for Procter & Gamble, Gillette and PepsiCo, becoming President of Frito Lay Dominicana (Caribbean Region) and Gamesa (US Hispanic Market). Xavier’s extensive brand experience includes such well known products as Camay, Safeguard, Crest, Right Guard, Soft & Dry, Paper-mate, The Dry Look, Ruffles, Cheetos, Doritos, Lay’s, and other brands. Saucedo was also a partner of leading Mexican advertising agency Saucedo, Alvarez e Icaza, and provided advertising services to global clients such as Ampex, Exxon/Mobil, Honeywell, Loctite and Larouse.
