SBS-La Ley 107. 9 FM announces new morning radio program ‘El Chulo de la Mañana’.

Spanish Broadcasting System, Inc. (SBS)announced the launch of morning radio show “El Chulo de la Mañana” on its station WLEY La Ley 107.9 FM. This radio show has captivated audiences throughout the United States for several years and will be part of La Ley‘s programming starting today, February 7th from Monday through Friday, from 5:30 to 10:00 AM.
Hosted by Joaquin Garza known as “El Chulo”, his show has created over the years a niche in the Spanish Radio industry maintaining a loyal audience that has followed him through different radio networks during his long and successful career.
Garza’s show is aimed to the 18-35 age-group audience which constitutes the largest block of his audience. Assisted by his inseparable sidekick Raul Bernal as the ever popular “Doña Mela”, the well-liked duo injects tons of enjoyment to audiences who have identified with their style of radio. Their style of comedy differs from other popular radio hosts who on occasions rely on the suffering and misery of the audience to carry the show. Joaquin understands that suffering and misery is a daily occurrence in our community, but he prefers to use the light side of an audience especially women to maintain the listener glued to the radio with important topics of discussion.
