SBS’s Mega TV adding to the team.

John de Armas ex-Director of Hispanic efforts for DirecTV is expected by industry insiders to be joining the Coral Gables based Mega TV to lead the team shortly. He was instrumental in securing Mega TV access to the DirecTV platform for Spanish Broadcasting System (SBS).
On another, Jose Perez formerly in charge of production at Coral Gables based Del Cueto Media Group (DMG) has joined SBS’s Mega TV as Programming Manager.
Mega TV has suffered some top management attrition lately.
Coincidentally, DMG will be a making mayor announcement next week regarding their new Creative Division head.
