¡Sorpresa! announces a refresh of its brand for 2008.

Juniper Content Corporation’s ¡Sorpresa! network announced it will be refreshing its branding on the network as well as its digital community in early 2008. Now in its fifth year, ¡Sorpresa!’s brand-refresh effort is timed to support the Hispanic children’s network’s new programming initiatives and will build on its latest research insights.
Bonsai3 will serve as the creative agency for ¡Sorpresa! for the brand-refresh. Bonsai3 is an award-winning creative agency that specializes in broadcast branding and has worked with several top Spanish language networks and brands such as Telemundo, ESPN Deportes, Cine Latino, DISH Latino and Mexico’s Televisa Canal 5, Canal de las Estrellas and others.
¡Sorpresa! also announced the selection of its new tagline: “El Mundo que Imaginas” or “The World You Imagine.” For this effort, ¡Sorpresa! tapped its viewers ages 6 to 11 which felt that this messaging best reflected their desire to feel connected to their world and the world around them. Kids often watch Spanish language TV with their family and we believe the experience is highly valued by their parents. Moms in particular, want their children to maintain their Spanish language skills and view ¡Sorpresa! as a valued partner in providing high quality Spanish programming that is engaging and relevant to them.
