Spanish Broadcasting System Celebrates Its 20th Anniversary With Ricky Martin.

The next event to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of SBS will feature the return on stage of the most popular and beloved Latin artist in the world, Ricky Martin. His show will also include a very special performance of the most popular Colombian singer today, Carlos Vives. This show will take place on June 28th at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
Ricky Martin is a pop icon whose popularity around the world is unmatched by any other artist, today. With this show he also celebrates the highly successful release of his new Spanish album Almas del Silencio. This Grammy winner, Puerto Rican singer, has won the most prestigious awards in the music industry and performed sold-out shows all over the world. Carlos Vives is Colombia’s greatest export to the music world. His contagious “vallenato” rhythm has earned him Grammy recognition and great popularity all over Latin America and the United States.
The performance of these Latin American superstars is part of a series of concerts celebrating the 20th Anniversary of Spanish Broadcasting System (SBS). The celebration of the anniversary started with “El Concierto de los Grandes II” which staged two legendary music stars in Latin music in, Juan Gabriel and Marco Antonio Solis.
