Spanish Broadcasting System Scores Triple Play @ R&R Awards.

Spanish Broadcasting System, Inc. stations and personnel won three major awards at the annual Radio & Records convention being held this week in Cleveland, Ohio.
WSKQ/New York “Mega 97.9” was named Spanish Radio Station of the Year. Mega Program Director George Mier won Spanish Program Director of the Year, and veteran KLAX/Los Angeles radio personality Renan Almendarez Coello – El Cucuy de la Manana (The Morning Boogeyman) — was honored as one of two Spanish Radio Air Personalities of the Year.
