Starcom accused of stealing trade secrets by Donovan.

According to documents filed in the Supreme Court of New York, Donovan accuses Starcom of cloning and reverse engineering of their media buying, billing and payment systems and providing the information to MediaBank.
Both companies are in arbitration and Starcom could not stop Donovan under court order of discontinuing service for the software program after December 31, 2007.
Starcom has switched over to MediaBank for services rendered previously by Donovan.
