“Cupones Para La Salud is a grass roots promotion. The coupons are delivered to shoppers where they live, worship, shop and play. What makes this program so successful is that we have tremendous support from our Retailer partners who run ads and display the brands that participate in the program. It is truly a community effort”, notes Susan Bremer-Rossow creator of the promotion.
According to Dan Murphy, Senior Vice President Perishables and Retail Support Services of Unified Western Grocers and the 2008 Cupones Para La Salud Chairman, “Cupones Para La Salud is a valuable program for getting the word out about free resources for our community. Among Latinos, Cupones Para La Salud has a huge following. Also, participating companies increase their sales in the exploding Hispanic market. Cupones Para La Salad‚s combination of shelf level coupons and tabloid are some of the highest redeeming Hispanic coupons anywhere. Everyone Wins!”
