Talento Unlimited signs Two-time Olympic Medalist and new L.A. Dodger Eddy Alvarez

Talento Unlimited has confirmed its first athlete with the addition of two-time Olympic silver medalist Eddy Alvarez to its growing roster of talent partners, creators and events.

Alvarez is among only six athletes globally to medal in both the Summer and Winter Olympics having won Silver in speed skating at the 2014 Olympics in Sochi and once again in baseball this past summer at the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo – postponed until 2021 due to the pandemic. For the 2021 Tokyo Opening Ceremonies Eddy was chosen by Team USA members as an official flag bearer. Fast forward to late 2021 and Alvarez announced he’s joining the L.A. Dodgers for the 2022 season.

“We’re ecstatic to welcome Eddy to our Talento Unlimited familia,” said Founder Cristy Clavijo-Kish. “As a professional athlete he brings to our team an unmatched level of dedication and focus that will be captured in upcoming promotional campaigns we’re managing with partner brands and organizations on his behalf. As a young father he also has a softer side which illustrates his wide range of storytelling and insights shared with his engaged social media fans.”

As Eddy leaves Miami and heads west for spring training in Arizona and later settling with his family in the LA area, he leaves a strong imprint on his hometown of Miami. Over the last months he’s supported several non-profits organizations including Amigos for Kids and his local high school alma mater as well as working on local tourism and spirits branding campaigns. With an audience of more than 30,000 fans on Instagram, Eddy will continue to share his new journey across the country.

“I’ve always been a big believer in giving back and making a difference where I can. I’ve been so blessed that my career has given me experiences of a lifetime. Saying that, I’m so excited to be joining Talento Unlimited to sky rocket my next adventures,” commented Alvarez.
