TeleFutura Launches ¡Vivan Los Niños!

Novela ‘¡Vivan Los Niños!'(Hooray for the Kids!) debut’s on Telefutura Monday, March 31st and will air Monday through Friday 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. ET/PT (5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Central/Mountain Time). ‘¡Vivan Los Niños!’ entertains the whole family as Mexican actress Andrea Legarreta plays Lupita Gómez, a young second grade teacher capturing the hearts of her students and viewers of all ages.
Produced by well-known Mexican producer (“Carita de Angel/Angel Face”) Nicandro Diaz for Televisa Mexico, the upbeat and deeply moving novela takes place in a Mexico City elementary school, ‘Patria Unida’ (United Homeland), where the adventures of lively second-graders and their teacher Lupita come to life. Other characters include Renata Flores as teacher Verruguita, a nervous and ideal candidate for pranks and mischief; Raul Padilla as Don Felipe, Lupita’s father driven to drink after the loss of his wife; and the well-known heart-throb Eduardo Capetillo as Emiliano Leal, the music teacher who wins the hearts of both his students and the teachers.
