Telemundo deliver month-to-month growth in 2007.

Telemundo announced it is the only Spanish-language network to deliver growth when compared to the previous month of February, among Hispanic Adults 18-49 (A18-49) during weekday primetime (M-F, 7-11pm). In March, Telemundo averaged a 3.0 rating / 635,000 viewers in weekday prime in A18-49, increasing last month’s delivery by 13%, and maintaining a strong lead ahead of Telefutura by 54% (635,000 vs. 412,000).
Weekdays at 8pm, Telemundo averaged a 2.8 rating / 595,000 viewers among A18-49, an increase of 5% vs. Feb’07. The 9pm timeslot, featuring “Zorro, La Espada y la Rosa,” averaged a 3.5 / 743,000 viewers in A18-49, gaining 28% vs. last month’s average, while the 10:00pm-11:00pm experienced a 23% increase in ratings compared to last month with a 3.0 rating / 639,000 viewers.
Telemundo’s “Rumbo al Mundial” telecast of the soccer match between Mexico and Ecuador on March 28, earned the network its best rated performance so far this season among the key demographics of Adults 18-49 (6.8rtg / 1.4 million viewers) and Males 18-49 (9.0 rtg / 990,000 viewers.) The telecast also attracted the advertiser-coveted A18-34 demographic with 61% of the A18-49 audience stemming from the younger A18-34 demo (875,000 out of 1.4 million impressions).
