Telemundo Is Full Of Pasión.

Last week’s launch of ‘Pasión de Gavilanes’ on Telemundo at 7pm /6c won the hearts and ratings of Spanish-language viewers across the United States. This novela, produced for U.S. Hispanics by Telemundo and RTI (Colombia) garnered a 3.7* rating among Spanish language Adults viewers (18-49). The premiere gave Telemundo an impressive 61% ratings gain with Adults 18-49, compared to the average rating of the novela airing in October 2002 in the same time period. And, compared to all 7PM novela premieres on Telemundo, ‘Pasión de Gavilanes’ was the top ranked novela for Household and Adults 18-49 viewers.

Starring Mario Cimarro (La Mujer de Mi Vida; Gata Salvaje) and Danna García (Café con Aroma de Mujer; Perro Amor), ‘Pasión de Gavilanes’ drew in the audience with an excellent cast of leading actors, including Alfonso Baptista (A Todo Corazón), Michel Brown (Chiquititas; Dekada), Paola Rey (La Baby Sister; ¿Por Qué Diablos?), Natasha Klauss (La Venganza; Maria Madrugada), and Zharick León (Volver a Empezar; ¿A Dónde Va Soledad?).

‘Pasión de Gavilanes’ is the story of the Reyes brothers, three honest and good-natured men until the day a shocking and unforgettable tragedy makes them go in search of revenge. Their plan takes an unexpected turn when they meet the Elizondo sisters, the three beautiful daughters of the powerful hacendado who they blame for their misfortune.
