Telemundo Launches ‘Pasión de Gavilanes’.

On Tuesday, October 21 (7pm ET/PT), Telemundo will launch Pasión de Gavilanes, its newest original prime-time production for the U.S. Hispanic audience. This novela is an intense drama full of intrigue, romance, and vengeance with a surprise ending. With a stellar cast, this passionate drama highlights the lives of three men and three women in a story of love, honor, and betrayal.

Starring Mario Cimarro (La Mujer de Mi Vida; Gata Salvaje) and Danna García (Café con Aroma de Mujer; Perro Amor), Pasión de Gavilanes has an excellent cast of leading actors, including Alfonso Baptista (A Todo Corazón), Michel Brown (Chiquititas; Dekada), Paola Rey (La Baby Sister; ¿Por Qué Diablos?), Natasha Klauss (La Venganza; Maria Madrugada), and Zharick León (Volver a Empezar; ¿A Dónde Va Soledad?).

Pasión de Gavilanes is the story of the Reyes brothers – Juan, Oscar, and Franco – three honest and good-natured men until the day a shocking and unforgettable tragedy makes them go in search of revenge. Their plan takes an unexpected turn when they meet the Elizondo sisters – Norma, Jimena, and Sarita – the three beautiful daughters of a powerful hacendado*. Although their plan is to falsely seduce the three sisters for revenge, Juan (Mario Cimarro) tumbles into his own trap when he falls madly in love with Norma (Danna García), a woman who has emotionally shut herself down ever since she was raped and forced by her mother to marry a man she doesn’t love and rejects. Her feelings and passion awaken as she meets Juan, whom she falls deeply in love with.
