Versaly Entertainment, a wireless new media company, announced it has signed an agreement with NBC Universal Television Distribution and the Telemundo Network Group to create, produce, sell and wirelessly distribute music, images and sounds from various television programs aired on the Telemundo Network.
Telemundo branded mobile content will include voices, music, images and logos from popular novelas, variety and talk shows, specials and more. The content will be distributed through major carriers and Versaly Entertainment’s retail website, www.ForFones.com. The Versaly-Telemundo licensing agreement was negotiated by Joy Tashjian, JTMG, LLC, the agency of record for NBC Universal Television Distribution.
“Versaly Entertainment created the first Spanish voice ringtones available in the U.S. launched through Sprint and we continue to focus on meeting the mobile content needs of the rapidly growing U.S. Hispanic population,” says Matt Feldman, President and CEO, Versaly Entertainment. “Versaly Entertainment looks forward to delivering large amounts of Spanish-language content throughout both the U.S. and Latin America.”
“We are very excited about integrating the Telemundo brand into telemobile products, as we feel it attracts our key male and female active demographic,” says Tashjian.
