Telemundo premiers Mi Corazón Insiste en Lola Volcán

Telemundo announced the premiere of “Mi Corazón Insiste en Lola Volcán”, a passionate love story starring Jencarlos Canela, Carmen Villalobos and Ana Layevska, with a special appearance by Angélica María. Starting Monday, May 23 at 8pm/7c, viewers will enjoy this fascinating original Telemundo production filmed in high definition.

“Mi Corazón Insiste en Lola Volcán” tells the story of Lola Volcán (Carmen Villalobos), a beautiful, rebellious and combative young woman with an unknown and traumatic past that does not allow her to cry like any other person would to relieve their pain. Her only source of happiness has been her love for Andrés Santacruz (Jencarlos Canela), a charming and handsome young man whom she runs away with, in a moment of youthful reckless abandon. She will end up paying a very high price for her love, since to break them apart, Lola will be unjustly accused of a crime for which she will spend five years behind bars. Lola leaves jail on parole, but is marked with a deep anguish in her heart. Her reunion with Andres will bring her close to happiness, but an accident threatens to make her lose the man she loves yet again.

“Mi Corazón Insiste en Lola Volcán” features a star-studded cast that includes Gerardo Murgia, Alejandro Suárez, Rosana San Juan, Carlos Torres, Elluz Peraza, Cynthia Olavarría, Rubén Morales, Katie Barberi, Carlos Ferro, Mauricio Henao, and Paloma Márquez, among others.
