Telemundo To Presents Pharmaceutical Study.

Telemundo has commissioned Cultural Access Group in association with the Burke Institute to field a primary research study on Hispanic consumer behavior when making decisions about prescription medications and pharmaceutical related topics. The announcement was made today by Steve Mandala, Executive Vice President of Sales for the network.

The report is a comprehensive research study focusing on both Hispanic and general market perceptions of pharmaceutical companies, overall usage of prescription medication, and the primary sources of information when making decisions on health related issues.

“Telemundo’s Pharma Study will be an invaluable tool as pharmaceutical companies aim to better understand how to market to U.S. Hispanics and realize the business potential of the underserved Hispanic consumer,” said Mandala.

An in-depth overview of disease states such as acid-reflux, allergies, asthma, cholesterol, and depression will be conducted. The study will be completed in April and presented at the AHAA Conference in Miami on April 23, and the Multi-Cultural Marketing for RX Conference in Philadelphia (May).
