Telemundo’s ‘Buenos Dias Nueva York’ expands hours.

“Buenos Dias Nueva York,” which entertains and informs the Hispanic audience in New York every morning, will have a brand new set and extend its run to two hours. Beginning July 1st, “Buenos Dias Nueva York” will air live Monday – Friday from 5am – 7am. Additionally, Telemundo Nueva York also welcomes its charismatic new co-anchor, Frederick Martinez, better known as “El Pachá”, to “Buenos Dias Nueva York” and “Acceso Total.”

“We’re always working to bring our viewers the most useful and entertaining news. The connection with our local community is of vital importance, and we want to continue to count on the support and confidence that the public has given us all these years by making Telemundo New York their preferred channel. This is another example of how we are working for them,” said Carlos Sanchez, President and General Manager of Telemundo New York. Born in the Dominican Republic, El Pachá is a well-recognized figure in the New York Hispanic community, having worked in the media since the age of 16. When asked about his new role with WNJU, Martinez said, “I’m very happy to return to Telemundo and extremely excited to work with Odalys, Allan, Nathalia, and Elliot to entertain New York and New Jersey every morning!”
