TelevisaUnivision launches New Live Local News Programs in Atlanta, Los Angeles, Phoenix and Tucson on UniMás

TelevisaUnivision announced the launch of new live local news programs catered to the local communities in Atlanta (GA), Los Angeles (CA), and Phoenix and Tucson (AZ), starting on March 5, 2024. To be informed on the latest news and events happening in their neighborhoods, the audience can tune in daily, local time, from 5:00 PM to 5:30 PM in Atlanta and Los Angeles and from 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM in Phoenix and Tucson.

With more than 25 years of experience in the media, he brings his insights to deliver comprehensive coverage of local stories that matter most to the community and his knowledge of political coverage. In Los Angeles, seasoned journalist and news anchor Octavio Valdez will host the news show on UniMás 46, providing a trusted voice for the audience in delivering breaking news and in-depth reporting. And, for the state of Arizona, León Felipe Gonzalez and Heidi Renpenning will take the helm as anchors, ensuring that the UniMás 35 (Phoenix) and UniMás 34 (Tucson) audience stay informed about what’s happening in their area.
