TransCash Corporation selects alPunto Advertising as Hispanic AOR.

After a lengthy agency search process that included strategic and creative presentations, prepaid and money transfer TransCash Corporation has selected alPunto Advertising of Tustin, CA as its Hispanic agency of record for the TransCash USA Card launch program. The assignment includes strategic planning, creative development, media planning and buying, promotions, retail programs, business to business efforts and a deep grassroots effort.

Work for TransCash starts immediately with alPunto working on a full year plan, new creative and full promotional efforts. TransCash Corporation President John Celms states, “We were looking for a complete agency partner, and alPunto demonstrated capabilities that were beyond our expectations. They blew away the competition and we wanted to partner with a winning team.”

According to alPunto Advertising’s Chief Business Strategist, Enrique R. Turegano, “The TransCash pitch was a big challenge for us and we responded to it in a big way; we wanted to show not only our proven approach at successfully launching brands to the Hispanic market, but our thinking and hands-on experience at developing comprehensive 360 communication programs.”

The effort for TransCash will launch during second quarter 2009 in Southern California with a quick expansion expected soon after that.
