Univision and The Clorox Company collaborate on ‘Intimamente… Compartiendo Entre Amigas’.

Univision Communications Inc. announced the premiere of the third annual primetime special “Intimamente… Compartiendo Entre Amigas” (Intimately… Sharing Among Friends). Hosted by beloved Univision personality Giselle Blondet, the Mother’s Day special will air on Sunday, May 13 at 7 p.m. ET (6 p.m. CT) with repeats throughout the month on Univision tlnovelas, the new 24-hour cable network dedicated to novelas. Novela superstar Lucero is among the many stars who have recorded personal video messages that will air during the program.
The “Intimamente… Compartiendo Entre Amigas” Mother’s Day special will highlight advice and traditions that generations of Latinas share with their family and friends. As in past years, the show includes celebrity guests including Jacqueline Bracamontes, Adamari Lopez, Ana Martin and Maribel Guardia. Julian Gil, Lupita and Osmel from “Nuestra Belleza Latina” (Our Latin Beauty) will also participate, sharing personal anecdotes. There will also be a must see performance by one of the top acts in music today, Intocable.
In the spirit of sharing, the show continues its unique tradition of allowing Giselle and the celebrity guests to personally interact with the audience through a Q&A segment. Also included are on-the-street interviews hosted by Claudia Caporal with real women discussing what they admire most about their mothers.

The Mother’s Day primetime special is a feature in the ongoing “Compartiendo Entre Amigas” cross platform content initiative co-developed with The Clorox Company. The platform promotes themes relevant to today’s Latinas. Based on the insight that much of what Hispanic women know about running a home is learned from her family and social network, “Compartiendo Entre Amigas” establishes a stage where women can share and discuss stories that help improve their everyday lives and the lives of their families.
The “Compartiendo Entre Amigas” initiative includes Clorox branded segments on Univision’s “Despierta América” (Wake-Up America), a dedicated site on Univision.com (www.CompartiendoEntreAmigas.com), a Facebook page and custom monthly vignettes hosted by Karla Martinez on Univision Radio. This year’s “Compartiendo Entre Amigas” special will also serve as the launch to a consumer sweepstakes.
