Univision Counter Sues Televisa.

Univision has filed a suit against Mexican broadcaster and partner Televisa in federal Court in Los Angeles. The suit alleges that Televisa has:
Not editing programs to conform to US Standards, preventing artist to appear at Univision promotional appearances and production cost over billing.
This is another phase over intercompany dispute between Televisa and Univision, after Televisa field a suit against Univision earlier this year.
