Univision Music Group CEO sues Univision Communications.

Univision Music Group (UMG) is in the middle of being sold off. Jose Behar, CEO of UMG has filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles district Court alleging that Univision Communications entered into unfair business practices, promissory fraud and breach of fiduciary duties that negatively affected the performance of the company and the value of his shares of the record label.
