Univision prepares executive severance packages.

Univision Communications has filed with the SEC the severance packages that Vice Chairman Robert Cahill, President Ray Rodriguez, Chief Financial Officer Andrew Hobson and General Counsel Douglas Kranwinkle would received should the company be sold and they are dismissed “without cause” or due to a “change in control.

According to the filing, the executives would be entitled to either three times the sum of their base salary and maximum annual bonus or their base salary and maximum bonus through the end of their employment agreement. Their options would also be accelerated.
