Univision’s ‘Bailando Por Un Sueño’ draws highest ratings.

Univision Communications Inc announced that the Sunday, February 26th finale of “Bailando Por Un Sueño” (Dancing for a Dream), ranked third (beating NBC and CBS) among Adults 18-34 from 8-11pm, the highest audience delivery for this demo (on a Sunday night), according to Nielsen Television Index Fast Affiliate Ratings. For the 10-11pm hour, during which the winning team was revealed, Univision was the second most-watched network among Adults 18-34 with 1.9 million viewers, beating out rivals NBC (Olympics finale) and CBS (CSI).
In Los Angeles, using Nielsen Station Index figures, “Bailando Por Un Sueño” was the most watched program among Adults 18-34, beating out all other stations in that market. In New York, also among Adults 18-34, Bailando was the second most watched beating out CBS, NBC, and Fox. The finale was also second in Dallas, as well as third in Chicago and San Francisco among this highly coveted young demographic.
