UnivisionTelevisa CEO removed.

According to articles by Reuters and The New York Times and a company release late last night, Wade Davis was removed from the Chief Executive Officer position due to lack of attaining performance goals for UnivisionTelevisa.
His replacements is Daniel Alegre, a Mexican Executive with media, entertainment and technology experience.
Could there be other changes in the management structure, we will have to wait an see.
