USA TODAY and El Nuevo Día announce the launch of the USA TODAY Puerto Rico Edition. The first edition will publish on Monday, February 22, 2010.
The Puerto Rico edition of USA TODAY will be printed and distributed Monday through Friday by El Nuevo Día and will be available to hotels in the metropolitan area. In addition to the traditional four sections, News, Money, Sports and Life, the Puerto Rico Edition will include two pages that will offer a unique perspective of the local events in the area to include: politics, economy, society, sports, entertainment, and the Puerto Rican tourism experience. The articles will be produced and written by El Nuevo Día journalists.
