Valentín joins Comcast as VP of Talent Acquisition

Comcast Cable announced that Raúl Valentín has joined the company as Vice President of Talent Acquisition. Valentín, who started his new position Dec. 5, reports to Grace Killelea, Senior Vice President of Talent.

Valentín will be responsible for enterprise-wide talent acquisition operations and strategy for the cable division, and he will provide leadership in all matters regarding talent planning, recruitment, assessment, interviewing, on-boarding and retention. Additionally, he will be charged with driving best hiring practices throughout the cable organization and with enhancing the candidate experience
